Pink Run with Cairo University Runners to support breast cancer fighters in #PinkOctober. The event attended by women, men children and breast cancer fighters. BCFE offered gifts for breast cancer patients and CUR presented appreciation certificates to winners. Ghada Khalafallah, Director of Media and External Relations gave a casual talk with attendees on the the cause behind establishment of Breast Cancer Foundation of Egypt, its campaigns to raise awareness about breast cancer and services to women in Egypt and patients as well. She also spoke about the role of youth and children, as they are the nucleus and fuel for the future to change the status of awareness and understanding of breast cancer in Egypt. BCFE staff talked about risk factors, breast cancer signs and how to make a breast self examination to female runners.
